Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Original tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-returnable items

• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
• Products damaged from misuse after delivery

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at 0329-6163181 with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup or guide you on where to send the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid by Cash on Delivery.

Damaged or wrong item received

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
